location: Lázaro Cárdenas Avenue is a link between several areas of Monterrey. room -which faces the parking lot- is comfortable since you can't hear the noise of the Avenue; beds are very comfortable and bedding is very comfortable. coffee maker and coffee are complimentary.
parking exit could be better designed by widening the drop-off bay, since Lazaro Cardenas Avenue is a fast lane and there is no wide lane or bay to take the avenue safely. dining area is VERY small and breakfast time from 7 to 10 a. m. might be adequate during the week (business), on weekends it is very short; surely with a full hotel it is not enough. Breakfast is very poor, it is not "Continental" at all since it only consists of fruit, cereal, bread and coffee... they should include at least eggs, chilaquiles and/or beans (even if it is only on Saturdays and Sundays). pool area is nice but there is NO alcoholic beverage service (nor in the whole Hotel) and no waiter comes close to offering at least one lemonade.

the location turned out to be marvellous and good, close enough to close to nice mall, and the restaurant. i booked a room with a comfy bed, coffee and tea making facilities, iron and ironing board, and a work desk.

I had a great stay at Comfort Inn. The location is excellent, close to Parque Fundidora and malls. The staff was friendly and fixed a problem with the sink quickly. The views from the hotel were very nice. The pool, although small, was nice to relax in. I would recommend this hotel.
